Windows/Network Technician

We are looking for a part-time Windows and Network Technician onsite Hardware and software Troubleshooting and repair.

Core Competencies

• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as complete assigned tasks individually.
• Highly self-motivated
• Ability to Travel in Downtown Toronto
• Windows XP troubleshooting
• Microsoft office with emphasis on Microsoft Outlook configuration and troubleshooting
• MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory and MS Exchange troubleshooting, configuration and/or maintenance.
• Working knowledge of routers and Networking principles.
• DNS, DHCP, WEP and firewall configuration.
• Hardware, audio, video installations and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and/or certification in related field
• 1+ years of experience as Windows Technician, System Administration or Technical Support Specialist.
